Of Maidens and Knights

Well, it didn't go very well.. cos it RAINED, and they lit the campfire orledi, and everyone had to move on to the hall. and the campfire was still burning there! fire in the rain! can't really see, but, there IS rain! not v small either.



and SO, after hanging around at the foyer watch the guides and scouts coming in, i joined them in the hall.

after that, the MCs were super nervous, and they went super fast! they took like half an hour to finish up HALF of the whole programme and grace came to ask jh what they can do to extend the whole campfire hahahahaha.
meanwhile, there were SONGS, and surprisngly i automatically remembered how to sing them! it's like i need the atmosphere, the people, den everything will come back to me. hahahaha.

okae. overall, the campfire was OK.. but spirits were dampened because of the rain, and the junior guides were like... stone. stone. stone. -.- o.o .........
like er... hahahaha. jing huai was w me most of the time and ask them to be hyper they oso dowan, felt like just telling them, "this is YOUR campfire, YOU are the host, so be like one!" haiyo. hahaha. some parts they are just not firm enough.

chuting said i looked slimmer! HAHAHAHAHA.

i saw joycelyn (AGAIN!). everytime see her on 157 in the mornings. HAHA. we see each other until sian liao. hahahahaha.

the sec four dance was... hm. okae. hahaha. maybe 'cos i watched alot of western dance, so expected a little bit more exaggerated movements. but yeah, thought it could have been more expressive through that.
hahaha. okae. done with cgs campfire! didn't really have the chance to get high like last time, 'cos things are just different now.
haha. reached home at 11, bathed, and slept and 11.30.

TODAY. woke up at 6.15, got changed, and slowly went to clementi mrt station. i was expecting oac people actually, in the end a group of random J2s that i don't know turned up, HAHA. and being an introvert, i don't know how to "blend in", and talked to elvin most of the time. (and god, that became one of the bleah stuff after that)
i got to know two J2s, er.... sumytha (i think. haha.) and stanley (SHOULD be spelt this way i guess). 'cos when elvin went off to do cip in the swimming pool([: HAHA), i just hang around with them abit.

somebody, SAVE ME! now everyone thinks that i'm linked to elvin somehow -.-

- faints. after facing this in oac, i'm facing this outside oac as well. sumytha is really good in talking man, she just kept asking and asking and asking until i DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPLY, and she took it as i'm embarrassed or smthg. hahaha. and well, that's sumytha.

as for stanley, the first impression i got from him was well, horny guy. hahaha. 'cos the first sentence i heard clearly that came out of his mouth was (if he had gone down to the swimming pool without his er underwear),"then people who are swimming will say: eh! why is there white liquid in the water? and why does the water taste salty?"
.... and i was just standing there while elvin and mian jun were wrestling somewhere in the background (i think the two of them can become great friends, despite their generataion gap of 2 years).
lol. okae. and that's stanley.

for the swim meet, which was to promote health for the public, we had to station ourselves on one end of the pool to pass rubber bands to the public who choose to take part in the lap swim, when they get 10 rubber bands, they can get a free limited edition face towel (-.-) haha. and this old man and his kiddo were swimming at my lane and they kept laughing at the old man! so mean! hahahaha. but it's like every single lap the old man got talk to me, ask me what the rubber bands are for, how many does he need to collect, he's getting tired, can swim until what time...
lol. take dunno what video some more. AH! and describe him like some chi koh pei hahaha. ohwells, i was just a nice innocent girl completing my cip. hahaha.

was quite a funny group of people, but i doubt that i will ever talk to any one of them again 'cos afterall they are J2s, and there weren't be any chances to meet them anyway. hahaha. but yeah, it's q a wierd cip. slack, funny, "educational...", sian, sleepy in the end cip. haha.

AFTER THAT, I WENT FOR CULTURAL MAPPING. HAHA. ama, as usual, was late. and SOME smart bimbo chooses to wear slippers (those kinda nice nice, demure looking SLIPPERS) TO GO CLIMB BUKIT TIMAH HILL-.-
and zui qiu was even later than ama 'cos he asked ama to sms him when she arrive (SMART move. i waited half an hour for ama, 45 minutes for zui qiu -.-) HAHA.
i think we seriously walked lots, we practically walked through the whole stretch of botanic gardens. when we wanted to get out, we found out that we are in the MIDDLE of no where, in the middle of botanic gardens-.-
haha. and so we walk walk walk, took 852 to one bukit timah nature reserve's entrance, got to visitor centre.
NOW, THIS is where the stupid part comes in. HAHA. we were super tired, and we bought ice cream.

on the way out, i was completely freaked and traumatised by the experience that i was laughing and talking and talking and talking, den when ama nudged me twice and said, "let's walk on the road!", i was like, "AIYAHHHHH, JUST WALK LAH!"
and when i wanted to walk forward... i see:

jia sheng came and asked me whether my ice crean was really stolen by monkeys. HAHAHAHA.

'cos, if it's tiger, you can climb tree.
if it's bear, you can gek mati HAHA.
if it's cow, you can jump into water.
but since its monkey, they can do everything you do, so you cannot do anything else too.

for GC, today at botanic gardens took some really nice photos!
i realize that i seriously like flowers. lots of flowers. hahaha. just like those scenes that mr heah showed us during geog. whoaaaa. one whole piece of land on earth that has nothing but flowers!
