told qingyun that if no one wants to fill in the space for 4 X 400m, she can put my name, but now im regretting it cos when i think about it carefully, most likely no one will volunteer (if not they wld have done that long time ago). and i tried imagining myself running 400m (even though its considered as long distance, it still seems short distance to me!!!!!!!!!!).

ohwells, nevermind! haha. during a race, there's always one person who has to be the last one right, so maybe i'll be the last one... hahaha. but i hope that wont even happen, maybe someone who is better at short distance (i think can be anyone) than me can go and try that.
