today went for night hike recee, and THANK GOD, it wasn't the FULL RECEE!!!
we only receed the stations at mcritchie and bukit timah nature reserve, and that's more than enough for my body, which had covered 20+ kilometres yesterday...
i think we covered approximately 12-14 km, within 3+ hours, pace damn fast!
average 4 km per hour, >.<
some parts really q dangerous leh, the path v narrow, den one step to the left u will fall 4-5 metres down the slope... >.<
even during the day look v scary liao. den at night... even more dangerous!
haha. ok.. shant think about it.

so i covered close to 40k within two days!!!
say im pro! hahahaha.
today me and jillian nearly died on the steep slopes of bukit timah nature reserve...
even the girls who didn't go for x-physique were also tired... den for US... hahahah.
its just pushing on and on and on, den the feeling of over-exertion was numb already.
and the feeling comes back when we stop >.<
lol. jillian's ankle there overstrain i think, tml dunno whether she can walk.
