Week 7! (: 2007
wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehah! chinese new year, chinese new year, chinese new year!
okae. let's just briefly go through what happened this week(:
Monday
We went Singapore Parliament!
It was very very strict over there, had to go through lotsa security checks... but anw,
the Parliament place was cool! haha. yup.
"I think the Ayes have it?
The Ayes have it."
lol. is it spelt as "Ayes" in the first place? but heck.
I could understand every single word the ministers said!!!!
but I couldn't if you put everything together...
hahaha. ahhhhhhh. my national education is q poor... i can recognize the faces but i can rememeber the names. ohwells.
After Singapore Parliament, a group of us went Curry Wok (uhhh charlyn, lynna, me, jia sheng, chian siang, fu di, and zhirong (random guy)).
hahaha. was q noisy over there... that fu di and chian siang kept shooting ice cubes at us. disgusting. ergh. but expected lah. lol. okae.
Curry Wok was nice!!! and surprisingly i ate only one serving of rice and i was already stuffing myself already, and charlyn and lynna had two servings deeeeeen they were full. lol.
pro! okie.
Tuesday
Stayed back to do the balloon powered car which didn't really work well... went for TRAINING with jillian!!! hahahaha. we can do it man, jillian! (: 30k!!! WOOHOO. haha. have to train again after cny liao. HAHA! and went for night hike com meeting (:
and after that went out.
Wednesday
I missed lessons and went National Musuem with charlyn to support mama! All the animations there were great! and some were very very very cute. like chij st. joseph convent.. they had three teams lah! so many, out of 10 only. artsy people. oh yeah, and the refreshments were NICE. lol. i shan't elaborate much on how much i ate, but it was my LUNCH :D afternoon i went back to school for oac:D practically missed the whole thing cos i was in the night hike com and they were planning the route and everything :D AHAH.
Thursday
Stayed back in school to rush up the balloon powered car physics write up with charlyn!!! The others all had SOMETHING ON. :S but ohwells. our car FINALLY managed work a few minutes before assembly. hahahah.
13 metres!!!! or so... (: thanks to jia sheng of course, he spent ALOT of time on it, in fact for this whole entire week he was racking his brains over it.
as for the write up, i don't think its v meitculously done, unlike other groups):
our group very kan chiong and didn't go into details much.
but nvm! it's over over over OVER!
Friday!
CNY celebrations!!! whoaaaaaaaa. it was ok lah... had to RAISE FLAG, SO I HAD TO WEAR UNIFORM. and i was standing there at the flag pole, both victor and me dunno what to do when the exchanging oranges ceremony started. S:
and he was like trying to ask see hao/ his classmates to throw mandarin oranges to him so that he can catch. hahahaha.
and finally after a few minutes, this teacher, i think, came and told us that we can go down and rest(:
so joined ama and charlyn, apparently our class got squeezed behind. lol!
exchanging oranges... q crappy lah. hahahaa.
when everyone finished exchanging oranges, our class started the eating oranges ceremony already.
lol. cny celebrations was ok, the wushu people are pro!
oh yeah. I GOT MY NEW SPECS! OK. RANDOM. HAHA. but i think its q striking, cos charlyn could see if from the other side of the parade square when i was flag raising. lol!
its q bulky actually S: but nvm, (:
after cny celebrations went orchard with uhh.. charlyn ama lynna qingyy hui wei desiree jia sheng jeremy zheyu.. they had lunch and i just sat there stoning. haha. cos after that meeting jing huai! and den after lunch, we split into two groups: the RICH and. the POOR. hahaha.
so.. the RICH went to watch movie, and the POOR went to window shop, walk around.
of course, i'm in the larger group, the POOR. haha!
wasn't very productive cos we didn't have much money, so can't buy anything, and when some of us wanted to take neoprints, the others dowan, so la1 dao3.
haha. its okae, there's still tomorrow for us to go(:
okie. so afternoon met jing huai. wheeeeeeeee. we were at jp, den chat chat chat yak yak yak. whoa, chaos at her side. haha. and den she asked me a question, which i thought was worth thinking, but i still dunno what to do if it really happens.
it is NOT a moral dilemma. hahaha.
Situation:
You and your very very very very best friend, tgt with your very very very very beloved boyfriend were roller blading. YOU can roller blade but not THEM. and then suddenly both of them are gonna fall, and this fall can cause them to be paralysed (let's take it as that serious) and you only have the time to save one (assuming that both are equi-distant from you). Who will you save?
this is actually quite typical lah, other situations are like if you and another girl fall into the sea, who will your boyfriend save... blah blah blah. haha.
but i thought jing huai's analysis was very deep leh. HAHA. seriously.
I chose to save boyfriend first, den after that take care of that best friend (which was HER, haha). 'cos to save one, it means sort of like destroying the other one's future, and i sorta like look at the SURFACE only, so lets just say i'm fu1 qian3. haha.
but on the other hand, she said that she will choose to save me, and there's a reason for that. She'll save me, so i'll be safe and sound right, and her boyfriend will be paralysed. and den she will spend all her time together with her boyfriend, to help him get back on his feet and stuff. cos if she saved her boyfriend, and if she were to take care of me for life, that might not be possible cos after all, i'm her best friend, and not someone she will be with for her whole entire life. this decision shows that she's willing to go through all the hard times with her boyfriend, and that she loves him, no matter what happens to him, so she'll be there for him to help him.
jing huai's choice is actually even more zhong4 se4 qing1 you3 den mine lah, if you think the other way round. hahaha. as for ME D: it shows that 1. yeah i put her as my second priority 2. that my love for my boyfriend is not that deep yet, and not that certain yet (in the way that i can be sure that i'm willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING just for him).
yup. haha. just smthg random that jing huai yesterday tried to test me. HAHA. i took like ages to think of the answer, cos i DUNNO WHO TO CHOOSE. hahaha. and for her, she chose it in the split of a second. D:
haha. okie bah, i guess it's nothing really bad, since i'm still an innocent 16 year old :D and not a deep thinker like JING HUAI. hahaha.
ohohohohohoh! and i saw CHEN XI ZI ON THE WAY HOME! HAHA. we didn't see each other for 1+ year liao! and it was q a pleasant and shocking surprise. hahaha. and we yakked for around 10 minutes in the middle of jurong point, standing there. haha!
she's the same as ever, short short de, white, lesser pimples though (she specially emphasized), loud and explosive laughter (which can make people all around us turn and stare), still as chatty as ever. lol! yupyup. exchanged hp no.s, and we agreed on going out to catch a movie or smthg during the march holidays(:
she nearly couldnt recognize me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! did i really change that much? lol okae maybe i did. hahaha.
okae. but anw... this week was certainly a week with lotsa surprises and wonderful times! (: i was looking forward to cny all along, cos it means that i can SLEEP MORE, like today, i slept like 13 hours or so, i was so tired that i just went to sleep at 9+pm. haha! *angel halo...*
